Ways to lead by example this Thanksgiving

Men of God, here’s a way to lead by example this Thursday. Rather than just praying before the meal, take a minute to share what Christ has done in your life you’re thankful for. Some additional help:
1st – Give specifics
2nd – Use Christ’s Name and quote a Bible verse
3rd – Prep 2-3 family members beforehand so they can get the ball rolling
4th – Open the floor up so others can share too
5th – Keep Psalm 105:1 in mind: “Oh give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!”
From the Shamblin Family to yours: We are praying for a blessed and restful Thanksgiving with family and friends. I’m so thankful for each of you and the role you play in the Kingdom. Peace!
– George
