The Four Faces of Christ offers a unique exploration of Jesus through the distinct perspectives of the four Gospels. Together, these perspectives reveal a fuller, more complete picture of who He is.
This book dives deep into the complexities of Jesus’ character, uncovering layers that aren’t immediately visible. By examining each Gospel’s portrayal, readers are encouraged to challenge their preconceived notions and gain a more nuanced understanding of Christ. BEHIND THE CALLING OF THE BOOK
"Only once in history has a King become a baby—Immanuel, God with us."
I wrote The Four Faces of Christ to offer a clearer understanding of who Jesus is by examining the distinct perspectives provided by the Gospels. Just as four great artists would present distinct depictions of the same subject, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John give us four perspectives of Christ that, when combined, provide a fuller understanding of who He is.
This book is an exploration of those perspectives, aiming to uncover the depth and complexity of Jesus’ character that might not be immediately obvious. By examining how each Gospel writer portrays Him, I hope to provide a fuller, more nuanced picture of Christ that challenges preconceived notions and deepens understanding. My goal is to show that there is always more to see and learn, even in the most familiar stories.
